By far the worst experience I have ever had from a healthcare provider. During my Consultation, she was so cold, the whole appointment was rushed. I had a terrible experience at Dr. Grover’s office. I am pregnant for the first time and went in for my first appointment at 12 weeks anticipating I would meet with Dr. Grover.. I never met Dr. Grover! One of the nurses (not sure which one as she didn’t introduce herself) came in and said she was going to check me but did NOT ask or mention doing a Pap Smear. Honestly I’m so grateful for the experience I had with Dr. Grover and her staff absolutely love them all! They are helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and they are all absolutely amazing!
I wish we (wife and I) could rate the doctor, but we never saw her. I guess you don't get to see the doctor on your first visit, just the nurse practitioner. There have been complications so far for each of my wife's previous pregnancies not every provider will try for a VBAC, so a visit with the doctor at the first visit is required to discuss if that's even an option. Dr Grover was the BEST doctor for all my pregnancies. She was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and helped was my concerns. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with her and her office staff as well! Everything was great!
I have loved going to Dr. Grover for two pregnancies and deliveries. She has been great. Always answers my questions thoughtfully. I especially appreciated how she handled complications in delivery calmly and kept me informed. I also really like the NP Andrea Driggs. The office is busy, and when the dr. was in a delivery her schedule would get behind, so communicating with the receptionists helped me to understand what was going on and if necessary, reschedule.
Office and staff treat you like you don't know anything. Belittling and bullying.
She is such an amazing doctor. She was very good about making sure I didn't freak out about non-issues and when it came time to deliver she was such a good coach. She also stitched me up so well and I healed very quickly.
Insensitive, poor bedside manner, always yawning and asking the same questions instead of looking at charts, lack of concern, laughs at patient questions and concerns.
