Associate Chief of Primary Care you need to hire more DOCTORS in Fall River. Patients whose Doctors have retired should NOT be on wait lists for a new physician. There are insurances that require referrals to see a specialist. I should NOT have to put my health on hold to be on a wait list. This whole process is ridiculous. Every time I call the number to find out what is going on I get a different story.
I've been a patient of Dr. DeLeo's for many years. She is a terrific physician -- attentive, thorough, caring, and a great listener who provides straightforward advice and explains procedures, diagnoses, etc. I feel fortunate to have her as my primary care physician.
