Julie is AWFUL! DO NOT let her list your home. She unapologetically broke every promise she made as a sellers agent. She ignores showing requests and is NOT a good negotiator.
Julie had an open house posted. I went during the scheduled time and no one was there. I called and text for information and couldn’t even get a courtesy reply.
Julie's unflinching honesty, kindness, interest, dedication and knowledge made her an absolute dream to work with. She even was willing to laugh at my jokes and additionally has a very lovely energy to be around. If you're wanting a realtor who's actually on your side and cares about the home you're buying as opposed to a realtor who just wants to make a sale, look no further than Julie - highly recommend her to anyone and everyone in the real estate market who's looking to buy or sell.
