It was a really frustrating experience. I was told that my allergy symptoms were basically all in my head (not sure how to make up hives) and that the doctor couldn’t do anything for me. While I was waiting shirtless for the results of my testing, staff came in and out of my room without knocking. I waited 3 months to get this appointment and still have no answers for my health.
Everyone was super friendly and efficient
Appointment was cancelled, wasn't told this until I got there. The receptionist said the call center forgot to call me. So, I called the call center and they said they don't call patients, the office has to. Obviously, this office and provider do not care about customers/patients. The receptionist in the office said I could reschedule, not gonna happen.
