Julie was the best realtor for the first time home buying process!! I learned so much about what to look for, had my expectations appropriately set, and I had a better understanding of all the contractual specifics thanks to her. She was always quick to respond to my concerns and scheduled tours and inspections quickly. I credit her for my first offer made on a home (which I loved) being picked by the sellers out of multiple others, without feeling like I had to put too much personal money down to be competitive.
