Chen is nice, knowledgable, and caring for my daughters.
From the very beginning Dr. Chen would constantly say our son is behind. One example: he failed an “eye” test. Anyone with any basic high school understanding of physics knows that light rays are very sensitive to angles and orientation. My first impression about Dr. Chen is a nice and friendly doctor. But, the way she deals with my child’s jaundice issue is breaking my trust. When we noticed high bilirubin level of the newborn, Dr. Chen suggested us to keep going for blood tests in a nearby hospital asap almost everyday, in which the test shared space with COVID-19 test. I am concerned about the necessity and urgency of doing these test, as well as the risk of the test (cause the pandemic).
