I am very grateful for what you guys do. I’m appreciative for the sense of urgency from Alex, who triaged my pup right away. The staff did a great job updating me through the night about the status of my dog. The reason for 4/5 stars is strictly bc the amount of stress they kept putting in the money/ costs. It was very uncomfortable, and felt pushy, I overheard a male staff and front desk staff state “The hit the bingo card” after I gave clearance to do what ever it would take to save my dog. I can honestly say without exaggeration that once we found Animal Medical Center, I would only bring our fur babies to them when we had emergencies. We stayed local for routine care because of the drive, but emergencies were ONLY seen by AMC. I made the mistake of bringing one of my babies to a Nashville emergency vet, before I knew about AMC, and it ended up with me losing my baby due to a level of incompetence I found absolutely disgusting. The front desk was kind and sweet,however dr.b was rude to me and her employees my last visit they couldnt even give my change so I left without (92.00) called the next and asked a bout it was told it was in the mail later that same they called and said put it up I feel. I only got it because I said I would see them in court they didn't even send the new vet my pets records like they said they would they are very. over price and not worth the time or money

There are moments when words feel inadequate, but I want to try to express my profound gratitude to Dr. Cain at Animal Medical Center. Veterinary medicine is clearly more than a profession for her — it is a calling. I will be forever grateful for her skill, her heart, and her willingness to step in when it mattered most.
