It was such a pleasuring working with Julie Bellace and her team in selling our old house and buying a new house. There are so many moving parts to the whole process and she graciously walked us through the entire process step by step. We leaned on her a lot for guidance and were very pleased with her expertise, honesty, and willingness to listen. All the people she referred us to for additional help were also excellent to work with so it made for a very positive experience all around.

Unethical sales tactics, a realtor that does not honor signed accepted proposal, continues to take other offers when contracts are pending signatures.. I have had dealings with many agents who have an honor code in these situations, unfortunately, this one does not. STAY AWAY!
