My insurance switched at beginning of the year. The new insurance company sent me a letter to go see Dr. Beard registered through OhioHealth as a doctor in-network accepting new patients. I called to ask specifics of how to become a patient. I was mailed an application for a new patient by the doctor office. I took the application back to the office and the snotty receptionist told me "Dr. Beard will review your application. Once she signs off on it, I will call to schedule you an appointment." Had my first visit last month. I am so grateful to have found Dr Beard! I felt listened to and cared about. The office staff were also very pleasant and helpful.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Beard because i was ill. She NEVER even came in the room to exam me. She had a medical assistant tell me what the results were from my lab work done prior to my visit. I needed a Doctor, thats why i scheduled an appointment, to explain what i needed to do to feel better. VERY DISAPPOINTED
