I have had multiple serious issues living at Mallory Ridge (a property owned by the same parent company that manages Julie Ann: Red Tail Residential), and I would not recommend this property. I experienced a home invasion, and on a separate occasion all four wheels were stolen from my vehicle while parked on the property. The parking lots are poorly lit at night, and overall security is clearly inadequate. The property itself is poorly maintained. I have to say I love living here, even with the things that make Portland annoying. There is new management, and Nicole the property manager is amazing. She is quick and attentive and nothing like the last crappy management. Maintenance is very helpful, they came out in the middle of the night to fix my garage. I have never had a quick response like that, and I’ve lived in a lot of fancier apartment complexes. They are doing a lot of work to improve the landscaping and property altogether. I’ve lived here for four years and love my little studio. Great location right off of Mt Tabor plus a parking lot. My apartment also has outdoor patio which is great for the summer. Management is responsive. Definitely would recommend.
