Sometimes you get lucky. Cold called Juliao Garage Door without a recommendation - from an advertisement - but Gisele (Office Manager) was amazing. Very knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns. She was able to schedule same day service for replacement of weatherstripping plus brackets. Leslie (technician) was also excellent. Quick, clean and thorough. Seeing the technician work, I immediately scheduled for service at my parents' home. Talk about overdeliver - they made my day. Highly recommended.
We recently had a new garage door opener installed, and the service was excellent. José, the technician, was absolutely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
