Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Zaiden and her team. She came highly recommended and I see why. From the time I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional and prompt. Dr. Zaiden spent time discussing my history and recommendations. The next day I received a follow up call about my results. I would highly recommend.
This is the most incompetent group of medical professionals I’ve ever been treated by. The nurse practitioner, Brittany M. does not know how to dispense common medical items, as verified by Quest. The doctor, Julianni Z, told me on two occasions during normal business hours that she couldn’t answer my medical questions because she had to let her nanny leave. Dr Zaiden is wonderful! She takes her time to hear you and I never feel dismissed or rushed. She's thouough and I'm very happy to have found a good doctor.
I have been a patient for over 15 years. I do not know her personally. We have never spend time outside her office together. I have never been more comfortable with a doctor. I hope I get another 15 years.
