Julianne Pulido and Samatha Berns are both very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Their marketing skills are amazing.They truly are a great team. They were timely in their responses to our concerns their ability to negotiate on our behalf was outstanding. Throughout the entire process of being involved in my son and his wife buying a new home, Julianne and Sam have been amazing. They were always responsive, always helpful, and always happy to answer the smallest of questions. Once an offer was put on the new home, Julianne and Sam were of tremendous help making sure any issue on the new home was cleared up by the prior owner. I highly recommend the knowledgeable and hand held service Julianne and Sam provided.

This is our 2nd time buying a home with Julianne and Sam. Through both experiences and all of our contact in between the 6 years we have had with them has been amazing. They take great care of their clients and are always helpful in making big life choices and purchases a little less confusing and easier to navigate. We recently worked with Julianne (and Sam) on the sale of a single-family rental and purchase of a multi-unit rental. We couldn't be happier with the results. Julianne's years of experience helped us with a fast sale. She guided us in preparing the home for sale - from contractor recommendations, to staging and open house.
