Julianne Pulido and Samatha Berns are both very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Their marketing skills are amazing.They truly are a great team. Throughout the entire process of being involved in my son and his wife buying a new home, Julianne and Sam have been amazing. They were always responsive, always helpful, and always happy to answer the smallest of questions. Once an offer was put on the new home, Julianne and Sam were of tremendous help making sure any issue on the new home was cleared up by the prior owner.
