TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a Groupon for this salon and was very excited to finally use it. Back in April, I booked my appointment for May 17th at 12pm. I was told to be there 15 minutes early. At 11:35am on the DAY of my appointment, as I was driving to the salon, Julianna left me a voicemail cancelling my appointment TEN MINUTES before I was to arrive because she was sick. Even though I was a little miffed that she didn't call sooner so I wouldn't have left work, I of course was understanding, as these things h... read more
