Nathan helped sell my aunt's house. We did as he said and it worked out great. Also, he has an incredible love for older homes and the skills to take care of them. If you are trying to sell a home in the Bellingham area hire him and do what he tells you to do.
Our agent was Nathan Lowe. Mr. Lowe has a rare skill set. I've bought and sold several properties. This was a family home--special. He's a brilliant strategist and got us above the asking price. (Considerably.) He's a kind hand holder. He has an incredible eye for marketing and staging and showing a house--great with aesthetics. He's kind, he's not stressful, while also being there to look after YOUR BEST INTERESTS. My only complaint about Mr. Lowe is that he can't be cloned. He has well earned our highest endorsement.
