I found Julia through Trinny Woodall during the pandemic. I started with some travel size products then loved them so much I went back and ordered the full size of a few. 2 things I love are the C in powder form and the Emu oil. I purchase every year and this time I bought 2 Emu oils, one for my friend (who Id been raving to about it) and one for myself. Both of us ended up having break outs. I love this product line and have ordered many times and spent a significant amount of money over the years.This latest time I ordered one of the products arrived with the tamper seal broken and about a third of the usual amount of product in. I notified them immediately with photos and have so far been met with a totally unsatisfactory response. I was told it was safe to use and the correct amount . I disagree with both. I have been using morning and night products for about 12 mths now and I love love them . Easy mix them together . I have always had great skin but its taken it tp the next level. Julia your amazing!💃💃💃 I will keep buying from Australia even though the dollar slow 😂😂🤷♀️🤷♀️
