I was referred to Julia by a family member and 2 friends. Totally unrelated. What they said and what I experienced was SPOT ON! As a seller, she worked to get top dollar for my home. She did so professionally and always responsive. She made our sale feel personal. Would HIGHLY recommend her for selling or buying a property. Truly the best!
I don't know what some of these other reviewers are smoking. Maybe they're yelpers who wandered onto google by accident. Julia is hands-down the best realtor I've ever worked with. And I've bought/sold 6 houses in as many states. She's part shark, part counselor, and part "mom" . . . and a force of nature. Julia is the absolute best real estate broker I have ever worked with. I sold my house with her representing my family and I.
