I don't know what some of these other reviewers are smoking. Maybe they're yelpers who wandered onto google by accident. Julia is hands-down the best realtor I've ever worked with. And I've bought/sold 6 houses in as many states. She's part shark, part counselor, and part "mom" . . . and a force of nature. She took charge of everything and even cracked the whip on a difficult buyer and two inept lawyers. She understood our house and represented it perfectly. Julia is the absolute best real estate broker I have ever worked with. I sold my house with her representing my family and I. We did not have to worry as her professionalism and experience made us feel completely comfortable. If you are selling a home be sure to have Julia by your side as she gets you the highest bid!
