I have been going to Dr.Jones for 20 years. She is a doctor who listens and doesn't mind you asking questions.
One of Houston's SUPER DOCS! IMHO! I do want to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Jones for respecting my desire to be involved in the decisions pertaining to my care. Not all Docs I've seen in the past have been willing to do that. I'll soon 84 and my goal is to take the least meds necessary to maintain a healthy and productive life. A godsend, Julia Jones is in my personal Hall of Fame!
Referred to her after persistent numbing and tingling in arms. She mostly guessed at random disorders - rheumatoid arthritis, MS, possible brain tumor - wasn't very effective. Sent me to get a very expensive MRI. Nothing conclusive, but kept insisting it was MS or something stranger. Turns out, neither she nor my regular doctor really looked at the ER files I had brought with me (it was potassium deficiency). Not going back.
Dr. Jones helped me completely get rid of my seizures through brain surgery. I am now four years seizure free after having seizures everyday for over ten years. I am so lucky she didn't just give up on finding a cure for me!
