Very impressive physician
Always very kind , and gentle. Shows great concern
Very patient. Listens. Persistent if one med or procedure doesn’t work she will continue to find an answer. Responds to questions on My Chart within a couple of hours- amazing. It can take a few months to get in to see her but totally worth the wait. She is awesome!!
I was supposed to see Dr Jones for a second opinion. Her manager told me that since her my original doctor is her colleague at the Methodist Hospital, she would just read my chart and continue the same treatment without even examining me! Then they canceled my appointment that I waited for four moths! Please look for another specialist.
I have been going to Dr.Jones for 20 years. She is a doctor who listens and doesn't mind you asking questions.
One of Houston's SUPER DOCS! IMHO! I do want to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Jones for respecting my desire to be involved in the decisions pertaining to my care. Not all Docs I've seen in the past have been willing to do that. I'll soon 84 and my goal is to take the least meds necessary to maintain a healthy and productive life. This is the best doctor that I know in Hoouston and beyonde. I felt very sick and as I was an old pacient of her with rare visits because the distance to my home, so I called her as emergency.She did not recomend me to go to Emerggenncy room like other doctors do . She called me in 5 minutes and she lissened to what I had to say, she calmed me atd reasured me it is not bad. A godsend, Julia Jones is in my personal Hall of Fame!
Referred to her after persistent numbing and tingling in arms. She mostly guessed at random disorders - rheumatoid arthritis, MS, possible brain tumor - wasn't very effective. Sent me to get a very expensive MRI. Nothing conclusive, but kept insisting it was MS or something stranger. Turns out, neither she nor my regular doctor really looked at the ER files I had brought with me (it was potassium deficiency). Not going back.
