Dr. Lee is an excellent Orthopedic Surgeon. She puts You at ease and is very informative.
These folks were very efficient. Staff was pleasant and their time management was smooth. Dr. Julia Lee is very skillful in assessment, but most of all skillful in surgery. My journey through my surgery was like clockwork. I was told what they were going to do, they performed my shoulder replacement procedure flawlessly. Overall, terrifc care and treatment. My only suggestion is install a patience "status board" on display in the waitimg room for the benefits of loved ones who may have no idea what is going on. The board is similar to a large TV screen. Each line starts with the patient's initial and the timeline of their status 1- waiting room, 2 - pre-op, 3 - surgery in progress RM #1, 4) post-op recovery, 4) Ready fo release
Dr Lee is a true professional who takes her time to explain and answer any questions you may have. At the beginning, I had a little bit of anxiety around my upcoming surgery, but she was able to answer all my questions and make it a positive experience overall and now I feel better about my surgery.
