We can't thank Julia enough in helping us find our first rental property moving from Australia to Texas. Our main priority was a good school zone for our kids, and our preferred area being so low in stock, we almost gave up and looked elsewhere. Julia helped me when I needed to find a tenant for my house. She gave me lots of information and went above and beyond to help me find a tenant and also to deal with property management issues. She was very honest and let me know up front about all of my options.

This is the third time we have used Julia. She helped us by a house during Covid and then assisted and buying another recently as well as selling a property. Her positive and encouraging demeanor helped during the stressful points in the sale. I also appreciate the wisdom she provided as we looked at homes explaining the pros/cons of each property.

Julia recently helped me with BOTH selling my former condo AND buying a single-family home. This made the timing rather tricky, and Julia was extremely helpful. It involved suggesting how to prepare my condo for sale, discussing pro's and con's of different price points, showing me a lot of homes in a pretty big hurry when my old home sold, and suggesting ways to fix some of the flaws in the new home I selected. It all went well, and her help was crucial.
