She is very kind and thorough on my allergy related questions. Very happy with my allergy doctor.
Dr. Cronin has been absolutely wonderful in caring for my son. In addition to managing his nut allergies, he has a rare medical condition that many doctors are unfamiliar with. Dr. Cronin took the time to review current medical research and demonstrated a strong understanding of his condition. Dr. Cronin is amazing, but her team needs more training. My daughter had a virtual visit and I was told that her profile would be created before the visit (she is a new patient in Sutter Health). I logged into MyHealth 3 hours before the visit and noticed there was no link to her profile so I called the office. Elizabeth was trying to help me but we couldn't figure out how to add my daughter's to my husband's account. Dr. Cronin is a thorough, kind, excellent health care provider. She treats her patients as a whole by helping out with Allergies, but also taking the time to get them on a personal professional level to come up with the best custom solution for Allergy needs. I personally avoid taking medications, I had a horrible experience with a past provider trying to force unnecessary medication on me.
