Extensive wait times non sanitary office no sick kid area so the sick kids are playing with the toys and passing germs to well children scale from 0-10 this is truly a ZERO the service isn’t welcoming either.
La doctora que es dominicana es una excelente doctora , pero lo Malo del Lugar es que uno espera hasta 2:30 horas para salir ya atendido del lugar y si llamas para cualquier consulta o cita esperas hasta 15 o 20 minutos para que te atiendan ósea que es demasiado el tiempo de espera en todos los aspectos , porque solo tienen 3 doctores y introducen hasta 10 pacientes a los dormitorios y hay que esperar mucho

It was a nice place to go in the beginning because it’s closer to where I live & my husband went there as a child but now I don’t even wanna come here. Had an appointment today & as soon as I got home I called the insurance company and changed my kids PCP and will be making a doctors appointment for the new office for next week. Going to my old childhood doctors office!
Disappointed in this office. The doctors are wonderful, but the phone system disconnects 9/10 times, voicemails are never returned. I've never waited less than two hours for a scheduled appointment. Often unavailable for a same-day sick child appointment. Looking for a new doctor.
Thinking about changing my daughters appointment appointment was at 9:45 it is now 1014 and we’re still waiting in the office I would recommend to not come here
