I have used Julia's expertise in the past in finding our last home. I did not hesitate to use her again, both to sell the current home and to find a new one, because of her professionalism, her knowledge of the market and her recommendations as far as staging and negotiating a favorable outcome. We live in the northeast and Julia was the listing broker on a property we found on line. She represented both us and the seller during the transaction and was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us purchase the property from over 1000 miles away. She helped us with multiple virtual tours of the property, introductions to local contractors, introduction to the HOA and their processes and in general helping us navigating the ramp up to owning property in Florida. We highly recommend her.
She's the only real estate agent you should use during a very exciting but stressful time. She punctual and answers your texts and call immediately no matter what the hour.
