I have been coming to the Westwood location for a few years now with every time getting progressively worse. Even with pre arranged appointments, I have had wait times of over four hours. One day I arrived in the morning and was not seen until 4:45pm! This week was the last straw. I arrived in the morning and was never seen by my doctor.
