went to this car wash friday 04/17/2026 paid for the premium service . however insole of the car wasnt cleaned out and the carpet of my car wasnt fully vaccumed nor my mats placed back correctly . smh prices shouldnt be what they are if your car is not cleaned properly
I don’t recommend this place, they are so irresponsible. I brought one of my vehicles and they damaged my paint with that automatic wash, and the supervisor gave me the manager’s phone number, I called him and he refused to fix the PROBLEM THEY CREATED. They lost me as a customer.
Put some light scratches on my car so I stopped going and now they automatically charged me for a second month. I m going to have to go over there and stop the automatic charging. I never asked for additional months. Not good business practice
I have use Jules Car wash for the past three years and always was treated professionally and service was impeccably. My car is always clean and look and IS awesomely clean each time.
