I spent over 30 minutes waiting in line to place my order last week then I had to order two cakes to get what I wanted but thought, okay, as long as I'm happy in the end. I called today to change the date by one day and they started to ask me all the same questions about what I wanted, I said, I want the exact same thing I just had a change in plans. The staff was very friendly with me, on the phone and in person, and accommodated my order with very, very short notice. The pink champagne cake was great, the frosting good, and I'm very pleased with the service I received.

Jules Bakery made my wedding cake, and not only was it gorgeous, it was delicious! I had so many of my guests tell me how good the cake was. I can't stop eating the leftovers!

I was surprised to stop in today to pick up cupcakes for my mothers birthday and they had very little choices. It was only 10:30am on Easter weekend. The cupcakes were awful!!! They had to be over two days old, so dry that the frosting was crusty and the cake had no flavor. What a disappointment, I really expected better from this vendor.

My daughters wedding was 9-6-2014. The cake looked amazing and tasted great. The maid of honors birthday was the day before and we ordered her a cake to surprise her at the rehearsal dinner. It was also amazing and was great tasting. Had white for that night, chocolate and pink champagne for the wedding cake. All were moist and I love buttercream frosting. Thank you Jules.
