Jules bakery did our wedding cake on 8/13/16 and it was amazing. Jules is so easy to work with and is very thorough. Not only was the cake absolutely beautiful, it was the best cake I have ever had! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. You must check her out. Thanks so much Jules, you're the best!

The last two times I have gone to Jules the cookies are average, however the decorating is the worst. Hy-Vee has phenomenal decorating and tasting cookies, but the price is ridiculous so I went back to Jules as it was cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be going back and will make sure others know that the quality and care for their items are not what they used to be. Very disappointing.

My aunt ordered mini sugar cookies for a baby shower and was quoted that they would be $6/dozen. When she went to pick them up she was rudely told that she was quoted the wrong price and that they should be $1/cookie. When she tried to explain that she should still only have to pay what she was quoted, because a quote is a quote, she was yelled at by the owner. Thank you for taking the time to review my bakery. Your aunt did get her cookies for the price she was quoted. I told her I would honor the price my staff gave her even though we quoted it too low for the type of cookie she ordered. I also gave her the option of a different cookie instead.

We always trust Jules to make our cakes. We like raspberry lemon best. I usually just take in a napkin or paper plate or show a pic of a design/color scheme and tell them go to town! I'm always so pleased. Have been having them custom make every cake we've needed for years-since they opened.

Rude, unprofessional, ruined my baby shower because the cake was awful. Walmart could have done better for cheaper. Refused to fix my cake. Never going back!!!

While I appreciate you asking us to make your baby shower cake there is always more to the story. We created a beautiful cake as per your instructions to the letter. It was to be similar to one we have done in the past but the gumpaste sculpting was to be a lion cub rather than a lion. And I did as you asked.
