Excellent experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr Lipoff is amazing- very kind, helpful, answered all my questions. No wait time. Highly recommend.
After making appointment, I called to confirm that they take my insurance. They confirmed that they did. I showed up for my appointment and they said they don't take it. Very frustrating that I went all the way to the office. They said they tried to call to let me know but the call didn't go through. I had no missed calls or messages on my phone. Dr. Lipoff was very kind and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what I needed done to be happy with my face! Will definitely be recommending to my friends and going back for any future skin-related needs!
No wait, appointment started on time. Everyone was very helpful and answered questions clearly, no hassle getting an Rx. Clean and modern office with waiting area and front desk was responsive.
Although s slightly unconventional place for a medical office, I found the staff to be very obliging and Dr Lipoff was professional, expert in his field and performed minor surgery with expertise. I am a retired physician and am quite critical of where I receive my medical care. I urge you to go to this sparklingly new, clean office with excellent staff and doctor.
