very pricey, felt very rushed I was disappointed with my service at Julep. I had heard great things about this place and their membership program. The salon was very busy when I arrived and I had to wait about 20 minutes before being taken. I felt that my pedicure was rushed and I was being 'processed'. Maybe the experience is better in non-peak hours, but I have to say, I won't be going back.
Had my nails done today by Nicole! She was wonderful not only did a great job on my nails but also kept me laughing. I had a wonderful first experience and can't wait to come back and see Nicole again soon!
Had a "porch" Mani/Pedi. Outstanding. Personable staff, just the right amount of conversation, quiet parlor, took care with my nails without making me feel like they were dawdling. My fingers and toes look and feel wonderful, and at a very competitive price for the level of service. Really lovely way to spend an afternoon.
Took my daughter for her first pedicure & manicure and it was wonderful. She loved it!! We will be back for sure!
Had the BEST facial today, with Tamanda. Heavenly. Highly recommend.
They are all so attentive and very friendly. It's a great escape to a hectic day! Thanks for always spoiling me :-)
