Horrible! Ordered food for delivery, was told it would arrive at 12:30pm. It’s after 1:30pm and I still haven’t received my food! Over an hour late, yet when I call to inquire about my food they say “it’ll be there any second, they must have got caught in traffic.” I live 5 mins away, there’s no way in hell they got caught in an hour worth of traffic! I requested a refund and I was told “it’s not our fault so we aren’t giving you anything back.” This is completely unacceptable and I will never order from them again! Rude, sl... read more

Bonnie is an attentive, friendly, waitress. She always goes above and beyond! Erich is always a joyful joker, and makes you feel right at home. We really like the breakfast here. The eggs Benny and pancakes are delicious. I would highly recommend the Juke Box Diner!
