Very unprofessional. The reviews about cancellations are accurate. Last week, we made an appointment for Monday at 10AM. She cancelled at 7:30AM Monday morning. The text messages in the picture below will tell you what you may experience dealing with this lady.

I try to always leave a review whether it be later or sooner. I booked an appointment with Juju for 9 am back in February and we confirmed it in person as well as through text. The day of my appointment she did not show. I left and canceled that appointment and sadly won’t be coming back to book with her. Time is value and that day I did not see that she really cared to be there to do my hair.
