Absolutely disgusting experience at Juicy Seafood in Beech Grove. I spent over $50 on a meal for ONE person, tipped the staff, and ended up finding a hair in my food. I almost ate it before I noticed it. For the prices they charge, that’s completely unacceptable. We were told to bring the food back. Instead of apologizing, the first thing the employee name ANNA said was, “Nobody with this hair works here.” I told her I had short hair, but she kept making excuse after excuse. We’re loyal customers and truly enjoy this restaurant. Tim is our go‑to server because he’s consistently excellent. This visit, however, the dining room was extremely warm, and we learned the AC wasn’t working. In the middle of summer, that made the atmosphere difficult to tolerate. We hope the issue is resolved soon so the experience matches the great service we’re used to.
