Service was terrible here I would not recommend this place!! We waited in line and when my son ordered a malt the rude terrible customer service man looked at the milkshake machine then looked at the line and said “ no I’m not gonna be able to make that the line is too long” I was like seriously he said “yes I’m too busy it will take me too long” so I just finished paying $50 for our not so great 3 burgers and 3 fries. We stopped in yesterday because they have four stars and over 500 reviews on Yelp. That can’t be bad, right? Well, the cashier redid our order twice asking the manager to come out for help both times. I get it; no big deal. The iced tea was watered down. My daughter said her hotdog tasted store bought. Used to be one of our favorite places to go. The last two times have been very disappointing. This past Sunday it took 45 minutes to get our food only to be delivered the wrong food. Then when the right good came, very skimpy on the toppings. No sweet potato fries, so had to order the regular fries and they were extremely soggy. One of the employees then said very disrespectful comments to some of the customers. Won't go again.
my family just moved to the area and ordered 40 bucks worth of food on their new mobilebytes website because they wouldn't take our order over the phone. Juicy dogs had a stand at macomb community college today and the girls asked if we would like to try a juicy dog. The way it was phrased made it seem like they were free samples and after they handed us the hotdogs and had us put the condiments on they told us the hot dogs were $2. I'm not complaining about price but I likely wouldn't have said yes had I known they were just trying to sell us something. My family LOVED this place our first visit. This was NOT the case when we visited next. We received very poor service, were made to feel rushed, food was not cooked to requested temperature, and when we complained we were given the shoulder shrug, nothing else.
