Visited JuiceLand in the Austin airport across from gate 16. My son enjoyed his smoothie. I was amazed by the employee. Just one guy, working solo and doing an absolutely amazing job! He was fast, positive, upbeat, helpful, a real multitasker while all the time hearing and responding to guests with a joyful attitude. What a treasure he is!
No real surprise, but the quality, cleanliness and service of this JuiceLand in the airport pales in comparison to the other non-airport locations. For an airport location, the prices are reasonable but that’s the only redeeming quality. The food safety here is questionable and watching my smoothie be prepared did not make me excited to drink it.
I visit juice land frequently in Austin. I’ve never experienced the flat unwillingness that I did at the airport location this morning. First, the extremely limited menu. Then, no subs. So, pay for the bananas you don’t want and the strawberries you want instead…because “the register won’t let me do subs”. I call BS. Anyway, I’ll take my little airport coins somewhere else from now on. I don’t need a canned apology, please just be more accommodating to your customers.
Horrible
The "Reg" is actually just a tiny baby size. Definitely not the same size as the photo. The saddest Juiceland in the world...
