I am a big Juiceland lover and recently went to the Burnett location for the first time. I was blown away by the customer service experience that Jay provided. He went above and beyond to make sure that we not only had great smoothies, but an awesome overall experience. He greeted us with warm, positive energy, brought our smoothie directly to us, and even learned our names. We will definitely be back to this location and hope to be helped by Jay again.
Best location I’ve visited in Austin! Amazing and friendly service (shout out to Jay) he has super helpful with explaining different smoothies and giving recs. Will deff return.
Jay was kind, and incredibly helpful! Stopping here was a definite highlight to my day and of course the Wundershozen smoothie was delicious too.

Jay was the one to remind me to leave this review but I should have done that two years ago when I discovered this franchise. I love the Burnet location. They always take care of you, the store is always clean, the drinks and bowls are always jammin! I was used to Smoothie King before them but damn if I'm ever going back to that sugar-y mess. I legitimately feel better after eating/drinking from here. Go staff and management! Please keep one of my favorite spots in town.
