Cannot get your bottles open. My hand is raw from struggling and its very frustrating. You guys need to fix this - otherwise not going back there.
I hate a company that lies! By calling bee pollen vegan you are lying to your customers. Yes it's a plant but it's a part of the plant that you steal literally off the bee as they come back to hive. You are taking something from them that they have worked hard to collect for themselves. I have no idea what would possess a company of this sort to put false labels on their products when it seems they should fully know what is vegan and what is not and honey and bee pollen are NOT vegan. Shame on you for claiming otherwise.
