Açaí bowl was delicious and customer service was impeccable but I found a ball of hair in mine when I was close to finishing it. Thankfully, my other family members didn’t get any in theirs but I nearly threw up when I spit out a ball of hair. I’m surprised hair nets aren’t a requirement since they do serve food. Disappointed and disgusted that this was my first experience with Jamba.
I just wanted to come in here and say thank you and shout out to one of the girls that was working and took my order this afternoon. I came in she was super sweet and she made me an order that she never heard of. I found it on the app and wanted to try it. It was called "hat trick tango" wasnt on the menu and she never heard of it but was MORE THAN WILLING to make it for me without any problems. Not sure her name but she had brown hair and super sweet. The taste of the smoothies are pretty good but many times the consistency is off. Most of the time, it's too watery like drinking juice, other times the taste has a watered down taste. If I had a better alternative, I'd go there but since I don't, I'll continue to go to Jamba. It's not terrible, and they sometimes get it right, so it's a hit or miss when I go.
