Customer service is awful!
This location is super close to me so I order online and pick up all the time. I usually just order smoothies for my husband and myself so those are the items I can best review. But the smoothies we order are always prepared well and any edits or special requests are always done correctly. The pick up orders are kept in a freezer that perfectly maintains the integrity of the smoothies. The staff are super friendly and accommodating if you need anything extra.
