This location is super close to me so I order online and pick up all the time. I usually just order smoothies for my husband and myself so those are the items I can best review. But the smoothies we order are always prepared well and any edits or special requests are always done correctly. The pick up orders are kept in a freezer that perfectly maintains the integrity of the smoothies. The staff are super friendly and accommodating if you need anything extra. I ordered my drink from the app so I’d be ready when I get there . They open at 8am and my drink is supposed to be ready at 8:21 and there’s nobody in the facility and the doors are locked. And the app won’t let me request a refund
