UPDATE: providing an update to my original review below. The franchise owner personally reached out and offered to rectify the issue. Understanding this may have just been a training issue, I’ll definitely be returning! My kid and I go weekly to this location and are normally happy with our orders….except the past two times we’ve gone. Spoke with the girl cashier today ( and she was wearing AirPods) and it's interesting to learn that juice it up has a policy that indicates that they won't sell large raw juices past 8:30, or close to closing time. That was the main reason for my visit. Disappointing.
