I noticed a rush of energy right after the wheatgrass shot and I felt like I was walking on air. I will def continue a wheatgrass regimen. :-)
When u get the wheatgrass shot (as gross as it sounds) swish it around in your mouth & between your teeth. It really makes your mouth feel fresh.
I heard wheatgrass shots are good for PMS/cramps if u do it 7days before your cycle. Today was my first time trying it. It didn't taste as bad as I was told it would. If u like veggies it ain't so bad
But I do HIGHLY recommend getting a chaser after the wheatgrass shot ESPECIALLY if u decide to swish the shot around in your mouth
The girl with braces didn't take my free 2oz wheatgrass shot because I had already paid. She said I had to buy another smoothie.
Terrible service the two girls were arguing about taking out the trash and mopping, not just was it me that heard, it was like ten more customers.
New owner and the place is now ROCKN'!
Congo lime, substitute peaches for pineapple. Yummy!
