My African American son and friends came in juice it up on University -after a workout to get smoothies and the Asian lady working there did not want to serve them. She acted as if she did not want to take their money! They are losing money because of the COVID19 and yet they still practice racism. I will not buy there ever and I will tell all others not to buy!!!!!

The shop is very clean with lots of window seating facing the mountains. The help behind the counter were knowledgeable and very friendly. Went back a second time because of that first impression.

I'm at CSUSB area couple times a week and my special needs son always asks for Juice It Up. So I get him one during the week and then the family wants one when we pass by on Saturday mornings, that's 5 mediums a week. My 1 star is in the area of customer service. I've cashed in my points a few times but I lost my loyalty card. It's been 4 weeks and every time I go in, they're out, so I've already missed out on a free smoothie.
