Got the frosting lemonade which tasted like it was made with un-ripe fruits. It was sour and lacked sweetness or fruitiness that it claims to have such as pineapple and mango. I asked if they could add anything to sweeten the drink, and the manager dumped apple juice in my drink and blended it into juice. Considering that this drink was almost $10, the service and quality was horrible.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a drink and eventually found a security tamper ring from a beverage container inside it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. I am disgusted. Finding something like that in a drink is not only unpleasant but also a potential safety hazard. I expect much better standards when it comes to food and beverage preparation. I had a really frustrating experience at Jugo Juice in Coquitlam today. We went in around 6:30 PM, well before their posted closing time of 7 PM, hoping to grab a juice. Instead, the staff member told us they were “out” and refused to serve us. What made it worse was the attitude — the lady was quite rude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I ordered the PB bowl here and there was no peanut butter and very few fruits. Overpriced bowl with not enough toppings.

🤢 Unsanitary. There was a fingernail in the sandwich... never again. Girl tried focus pocus on me too, saying it's not there anymore. Save yourself and avoid this place. They clearly don't wear any hairnets or gloves around their food.
