We were deeply impressed by Dr. Cao. Within minutes of arriving at his operating room at 11:30pm he had won our 100% confidence - both technically and regarding his kindness and empathy for our child. Dr. Cao is one of those rare people who is very obviously in the top 1% of his field - and clearly is his true "calling."
Dr. Cao and his team were exceptionally fantastic - experienced but also so thoughtful. We arrived close to midnight for an emergency surgery and the whole staff was cheerful, thoughtful and on top of getting a surgery done well. Thanks you Dr. Cao and team and also the staff at Rocky Mountian One Pediatric team.

Dr.Cao is amazing! My son’s finger was hanging off from a weeding tournament on a Saturday afternoon and Dr. cao Came in on a Sunday morning for emergency surgery. Kind, professional and an amazing surgeon.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Cao! He is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, making sure I fully understood my options and felt comfortable with my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with care and expertise. It’s clear that Dr. Cao truly prioritizes their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor!
