I came in for an emergency hair cut the day after my stepdaughter passed away unexpectedly. I wasn't expecting the world, but the salon was dingy with hair all over the floor and the seat. I explained what kind of cut I wanted and I was in tears most of the visit. All 3 stylists ignored me and to top it off I left with a little old lady cut...I'm in my 30's!!! Will never go back
