First, there is no Leslie Caron-Dewhurst. Second, the Agreement between Judy Robinson Appraisal and Falcon Seaboard was signed by me. Judy's firm came highly recommended to us. Falcon felt Judy and her employees were professional and knowledgeable. We have had a TERRIBLE experience with Judy Robinson. We were hesitant to give her some pieces because of her lack of experience and protocol, however we obliged, only with an agreement of a reserve price. She ignored said reserve price and now we are involved in negotiations with people she quoted below market prices without our permission. If you want to sell an estate for little money, then Judy might be a good resource. However, if you know the value of your family's heirlooms, she is not the person to trust.
