I came here and my experience was: - paid $240 for brassy hair. I understand that hair is tricky so I wasn't upset, I just wanted it fixed. -when I said that I wasn't happy with how it turned out, I was told that I didn't know what I was talking about -the owner shoved her finger in my face as she yelled and tries to block me from leaving -I said I would definitely be sharing this experience and the response was "go write your pussy ass reviews! I don't care. We'll rebut it! Write your stupid pussy review!"
From one salon to another threatening your clients is bad business period. I sent one of my clients your way trusting you'd back up your work and treat her well, and heard about her experience I am deeply embarrassed to have given you business. Will not be making that mistake again!
I love this salon!!! My stylist Jenn is literally one of the best stylist I have ever worked with. She does amazing cuts and amazing balayage! I would recommend her and the shop highly! I commute from Maine to see her that's how good she is!!
