Real estate is not a joke. Some people should stop pretending to be in real estate when they only spend 1% of their time on it. She can’t even read properly and is rude for no reason.
Judy helped us sell our townhouse and purchase our house (off-market sale) in under 30 days. She kept her cool and she was able to dodge a couple hurdles (home inspection request and first offer falling through). I was very pleased with the results. Judy gave us so much comfort in knowing our agent was our biggest supporter. Also, we felt her personality, lack of pushiness, and her confidence,was in line from the beginning to the end of the transaction. We were very pleased to have her represent us.
