Dr. Pape has been my dentist for 12 years. We have no complaints, and I write this review to testify that I am glad I found her office.

I do not even know where to begin to start with this review. I cannot speak on the competence of Dr. Pape or the people in this office, but I can state that I am absolutely horrified with my and my husband’s experience at Judson Cosmetic and Family Dental. After going and getting very thorough X-Rays and an exam of our teeth we were told we each had no less than three sessions of fixing cavities, prior fillings, or deep cleaning. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was annoying

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
