I agree with all complaints about customer service. I'm surprised I was even able to get ahold of someone to make the initial appointment. One meeting and I knew it wasn't for me, but can't get ahold of anybody to cancel and voice-mails are not returned.
Had an appointment at 5pm on a Monday and I couldn't find the office. Called multiple times no answer. I have still not received a call back. Horrible customer service and no directions to where the office is located.
